Subject to stock availability we promise to process your order within 48 hours.
Please make sure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Should you enter the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping in New Zealand
We only ship to New Zealand and shipping in New Zealand is via courier. We charge NZ$7.00 to ship all orders which are below $40. For all orders over NZ$40, we will not charge shipping costs.
We use a number of delivery partners to deliver our goods. Delivery only to valid New Zealand addresses. Deliveries in New Zealand are tracked and you will be sent a tracking number upon dispatch.
All deliveries are sent out with no signature required, if you require a signature email Matt@Devonportmarket.com to let us know. Your order will then be sent with a signature required for no extra cost.
Shipments in New Zealand should arrive within 2-5 days of dispatch (please note: Rural delivery may take longer.). If you have not received your order 5 days (10 days if a rural address) after placing your order, please contact us at Matt@Devonportmarket.com
